Signature for deliveries: Our valued customers should ensure that they are available to receive the goods at the address given. Our couriers undertake to deliver to the correct address but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee.

All our deliveries are registered so we can easily track the status of your order. Starline Lingerie cannot accept responsibility for items delivered to the correct address and signed for but where they have not been received by the addressee.

Returns: We hope that you're happy with your purchases. However if you found some faulty and would like to exchange or return the item/s, please notify as within 48hours of receiving the goods. Please return the item/s to us together with your invoice and a note of the problem. Items should be returned within 10working days or 4 weeks if ordered from overseas.

When we receive the item and found out the fault, we will replace or exhange as long as they are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Replacement will be depend on the availability of the product. We will contact you once we receive the return.

UK Returns. It is advisable to obtain a free Certificate of Postage from the Post Office for all returns so that we can process your return request in the event of items being lost in transit. Please keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.

Overseas Returns. Please send your return via prepaid, insured and tracked courier/post method. Please mark the package clearly as 'returned goods' to avoid delays at Customs. Also, please retain all your shipping documentation so we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.
