For Retail Customers:

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If any items are faulty we will exchange them or provide a refund if (a) you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the items by phone or email and (b) items are returned to us within 7 calendar days of delivery for UK customers and within 15 calendar days for Europe or Worldwide customers. Costs of return postage are for customer's account.

Please return items together with your invoice and a note of the issue. When we receive the item, we will exchange or refund the cost of the item as long as they are: (a) in their original packaging and (b) are unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact. Knickers must only be tried on over your own lingerie. Replacement will depend on availability of the product. We will contact you once we receive the returned item.

UK Returns

It is advisable to obtain a Certificate of Postage from the Post Office for all returns so that we can process your return request in the event of items being lost in transit. Please keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.

Overseas Returns

Please send your return via prepaid, insured and tracked courier/post. Mark the package clearly as 'returned goods' to avoid delays at Customs. Also, please retain all shipping documentation so we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.
