Starline Lingerie Sizing Guide
In our collections we often use stretch fabrics and some designs include adjustable ribbons or string bows. For example, the Wavy String Knickers or the Kitten Back Tie which can fit from sizes 6 to 12.
With respect to bra sizing, we don’t make underwire bras so all of our bralettes are in a tie neck and strap design - which can fit most sizes, the only difference being that the bigger you are the less it will cover you!!!
We make most of our items for mainstream sizes though many items have the flexibility for adjustment. Note that we also provide a bespoke service for larger sizes.

How to measure for the right size:
| Bust: |
Measure around the fullest part of bust under arms with arms relaxed down at sides

| Chest: |
Measure around chest just under arms across shoulder blades with arms relaxed down at sides.

| Coat/Dress Length: |
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down.
|
| Height: |
Measure from top of head down standing barefoot on a hard flat surface with normal posture.
|
| Hips: |
Measure around fullest part of body at the top of legs with feet together.
|
| Inseam: |
Measure from inside crotch seam to the hem of pants that fit you well.
|
| Waist: |
Measure around natural waistline which appears as crease when bending to one side.
|
| Neck: |
Measure around fullest part of neck.
|
| Rise: |
Measure from the crotch to top of waistband.
|
| Skirt Length: |
Measure from the waist down. Skirts are measured from center front. Skirts with waistbands are measured from seams down. Skirts without waistbands are measured from top down.

| Sleeve: |
Measure from center back of neck, over point of shoulder, and down outside of arm past elbow to wrist with arm relaxed at side.

DELIVERIES
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place of your choice in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Provided the items you order are in stock, please refer to the guide below for timing.
**From the date the order was received, please allow 1 to 2 working days for the processing time. Though most of the time, we send orders on the same date.
All orders are sent with Royal Mail according to your choice using either their 'Signed For®' 1st or 2nd Class, or 'International Tracked & Signed' and require a signature on receipt. If nobody is home to sign, your order will be returned to the post office or courier's local depot and instructions left on how to arrange collection or delivery. Please make sure you accurately enter your full delivery address.
UK Postage Fees:
For orders placed before 1pm
• £4.99 - Tracked and Signed 3 working days
• £8.00 - Tracked and Signed - Following day Weekday delivery order received before 2pm)
• £12.00 - Tracked and Signed - Following day Weekend delivery order received before 2pm)
Outside UK. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Star Rivera Lingerie cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs-clearance process or adverse weather.

TRADE & WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
All our courier services require a signature upon delivery. We can track your purchase and provide assistance if any problems arise during delivery.
UK Trade Courier Fees:
• £8.00 - Next working day UK delivery from Monday – Friday. Up to 25kg. (Orders must be placed before 12pm).
EUROPE and Rest of the World Trade Courier Fees:
Once Star Rivera Lingerie receives your order and has prepared the items, we will measure the actual weight and box dimensions to get a quote from our local courier company. Alternatively you can assign your own courier to pick up from our London office if you may wish so.
